Dry Needling
Dry needling is a technique using extremely small, fine needles that penetrate the skin and into the muscle. The needles will be inserted into the affected muscle, around the injury site, or into the trigger points. After insertion, we then decide what method will be best to stimulate the affected areas. The needles can either stay in the muscle and be left alone or we have the option of running a current through the needles. Running a current through will add to the analgesic effect and is similar to a TENS unit or a STIM machine.

Benefits of Dry Needling:

Ease Inflammation
